Shadow Work

Shadow Work Support

We all carry parts of ourselves that we’ve learned to hide or ignore—what’s often called the "shadow." These hidden aspects can quietly shape how we think, feel, and relate to the world around us. In our work together, I offer a supportive, grounded space to explore these layers with honesty, curiosity, and care.

I also support clients in staying connected to their emotional and psychological parts during periods of spiritual growth. Without this grounding, it’s easy to fall into spiritual bypassing—using spiritual ideas or practices to avoid pain, discomfort, or unresolved trauma. If your awakening process has felt overwhelming, disorienting, or brought up deep emotional wounds, we can work through it gently and at a pace that feels safe.

When we don’t meet these parts of ourselves with compassion, and come to not just tolerate but to love them, a quiet resistance can remain beneath the surface—creating a filter that distorts reality and keeps us from fully connecting with our true nature. Shadow work invites us to soften that resistance, reclaim lost parts of the self, and move toward a more authentic, integrated way of being.
